Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening:

• Collaborate with management in the planning and execution of pre-opening activities.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the Wolfgang's Steakhouse culture.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely setup and delivery of necessary resources.
• Manage administrative tasks related to pre-launch preparations.

Post-Opening:

• Provide ongoing administrative support to the management team for day-to-day operations.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication.
• Implement and maintain efficient office processes to support a seamless workflow.
• Support in organizing and executing events and promotions to enhance the guest experience. 

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in working in a Western-style restaurant is advantageous.
