Job Presentation
Senior Sales Manager will be needed to help the Company expand into new markets and product lines. In addition, will be needed to oversee the work of other sales managers in their organizations.

- Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies.
- Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meeting with company executives to discuss sales results, client satisfaction, and product performance.
- Conducting activities to increase store traffic and sales such as advertising campaigns, special promotions, and in-store demonstrations of new products.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share by increasing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty, and increasing store traffic.
- Monitoring competitor activity and adapting strategies to ensure that their company maintains its competitive advantage in the market.
- Establishing long-term business goals and developing plans to achieve them.
- Experience using sales tracking or customer relationship management (CRM) software
