SALARY:              60,000 – 80,000 THB
Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer specializing in Electric Motors, Gearbox, and Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Electric Motors, Gearbox, and Automation sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide consultative solutions, addressing client needs and challenges effectively.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Electric Motors, Gearbox, and Automation products.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and support, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Electric Motors, Gearbox, and Automation solutions.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel as required.
