Job vacancy Senior Financial Analyst(Real Estate/Property)-BTS

•    Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning for potential real estate investments.
•    Analyze lease agreements, and any other documents to help support analysis.
•    Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk-return profiles.

•  Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in local, regional, and national real estate markets.•  Lead due diligence activities for potential real estate acquisitions, including reviewing property documents, leases, contracts, and financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, real estate, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
• 3 years investment banking OR Big 4 (corporate advisory / M&A) background.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ability to build comprehensive financial models for different use cases.
• Solid in presentation skill to investment committee.
