Bought travel insurance for planned May 2020 trip which was cancelled due to Covid 19. Company refused to payout on claim stating "pandemic " which was declared on 11 March. We bought insurance in February long before declaration was made but New Hampshire wants to make it retroactive.
DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY IGNORE WHAT IS IN THEIR CONTRACT.
