Reviews of Mcdonald's Restaurant (JUNGCEYLON 1) - Phuket

Dear Sirs,

Unfortunately i had a really bad experience this evening at your restaurant at Jungceylon Patong Phuket on 1140pm 20 march 2013.

Im on my way home from work and i stop by to buy 2 cheseburger as i have done many times. I start eating one of the burger on the way to the parking where i realize its cold... I threw it out and took the other one - It was cold to... So I decided to go back to the restaurant and complain. I showed them my receipt of two burgers and returned the one left explaining that the two burgers i had was cold. No worries, efter a few minutes i get a bag with 2 new and this times hot burgers, great service...

I onece again went to the car parking eating one of the burgers and when i reach my car i was stoped by two running staff from Mcdonald explaing to me that i cheat them i was only to get 1 new burger. I explained to them that i had got 2 cold burgers, threw one out which they could see next to my car. they where extremely rude and took my back with the one burger left... I thought argh never mind sat in my car but hell no, many people was looking and i was treated like a criminal so i decided to go back to speak with the duty manager. She actually come running down aswell together with more staff, so know there where 4 mcdonald staff, complaining about me try to steal a hot burger - Come on!!! I have never experienced such a bad service - Is this really the land of smile??? Lucky im a business owner here in Phuket and not a turist!

Is this the standard procedure of Mcdonald Thailand?
