Position: Senior Manager - Business Development [Japanese-speaking]
Business Type: Logistics-Warehouse-Supply Chain-Freight Forwarder.
Location:  BTS Thonglor

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM

Job Description:

• Evaluate potential business deals through market analysis and financial assessment.
• Possess deep understanding of business products and their value propositions.
• Establish and monitor commercial activities to achieve sales targets and efficiency goals.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue and growth.
• Identify new markets, services, and products aligned with company objectives.
• Develop negotiation strategies and close new business deals.
• Maintain confidentiality and enhance organizational reputation.
• Seek potential business deals and build relationships with new customers.
• Plan and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Create innovative and commercially viable solutions for new business growth.
• Define pricing schemes and prepare pitching presentations.
• Handle objections and negotiate to positive outcomes.
• Conduct commercial and trend analysis and develop agreement documents.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Technical skills in solution design and client-focused approach.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience in 3PL environment is a plus.
• Result-oriented with a growth mindset.
