POSITION:           MACHINE INNOVATION MANAGER

SALARY:               60,000 – 80,000 THB

LOCATION:          SAMUTPRAKARN

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team in designing, constructing, and developing machinery used in the production process.
• Coordinate with the production department to test and enhance production processes for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with product development teams to improve machinery to support new product manufacturing.
• Manage the team to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Prepare budgets and annual plans aligned with the organization's business direction.
• Plan the development of team capabilities to keep up with technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in research and development of machinery, process improvement, and machinery design.
• Creative thinking in designing and improving machinery to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent coordination skills to meet internal customer requirements.
• Proficiency in drafting and reading technical drawings.
