Job vacancy Project Manager (Hotel Development)

Our client is one of the international group hotel. 

Location: Bkk

Salary: 100,000 – 140,000 THB / month

Main Responsibility

Project Manager oversees the critical technical evaluation and implementation processes for each hotel project under signed Hotel Management Agreements. The Project Manager ensures that the hotels align with the company's brand and operational standards, focusing on design completion and readiness for the hotel opening. This role involves evaluating space allocation and providing design recommendations, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) considerations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Execute the company's Sequence of the Design and Construction Process Flow Chart, which encompasses the Design, Procurement, Handover, and Pre-Opening Phases.
  

• Engage in discussions with hotel owners, interior designers, architects, and various consultants to review and refine hotel designs and plans.
• Ensure project timelines and key milestones are met as agreed upon with the company and the hotel owner.
• Develop and present a facilities schedule for new projects once plans are finalized.
• Visit potential new hotel locations or existing hotels as directed by the Development Team and prepare a report summarizing your initial evaluation. The report should include a plan review, facility overview, room matrix, and the status of the project.
• Examine current plans for renovating existing hotels and offer suggestions for improvements.
• Evaluate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for each project.
• Interior Design and Quantity Surveyor Coordination
• Coordinate with Interior Designers and Quantity Surveyors, advising and preparing scopes of work.

• Legal Due Diligence

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related
• At least 5 years experience in hotel construction or renovation, hotel designs and plans.
• Experience in managing hotel project engineer; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
• Experience in dealing with hotel owners, interior designers, architects, and various consultants to review and refine hotel designs and plans.

• Good English.
