Job vacancy Development Staff

POSITION:          DEVELOPMENT SATFF                 

Responsibilities:  

• Plan the production of new products and schedule meetings to distribute tasks to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with other departments for the trial production of new products and gather information related to the manufacturing of new products.
• Collaborate in the analysis and design of molds with mold manufacturers, including scheduling mold deliveries according to the established plan.
• Prepare APQP PPAP documents and other documents as requested by customers.
• Inspect the size and condition of new products before shipping to ensure compliance with customer drawings.
• Procure raw material prices for cost analysis of products according to customer drawings and participate in pricing evaluations to prepare quotations.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance in MASS-PRODUCTION according to the specified timeframe.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance in cases of customer-requested changes.
• Collaborate in analyzing and resolving problems arising from raw materials and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with external testing agencies to test raw materials or products according to customer requirements.
• Identify potential new customers and contact them to increase product sales.
• Analyze the cost of manufacturing products according to customer drawings and participate in pricing evaluations to prepare quotations.
• Handle customer complaints, then notify relevant departments for corrective action and prevention.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:  

・Experience in prototype and evaluation of automotive rubber or plastic molded products

・Experience in creating documents (APQP, PPAP, etc.) required by automotive manufacturers.

・Personnel who can operate and draw 3D CAD

・Experience working for Tier-1, Tier-2, etc. of automotive manufacturers

・Experience in arranging and managing rubber and plastic molding dies
