Job vacancy QC Supervisor (JP-Speaking) / JLPT N3-N2 / 50-60K / Bang Phli Yai

R esponsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and finished products.
• Develop and implement quality control plans, including sampling procedures and inspection protocols.
• Analyze test results and identify trends or areas for improvement in the quality control process.
• Train and develop quality control personnel in inspection techniques, equipment usage, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Report quality control metrics and trends to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality control, or manufacturing (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control supervisor role or similar role.
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese communication (JLPT N3-N2) 
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or lean manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
