Our client, a leading organic food and beverage products manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director. Reporting to the Managing Director, this full-time factory-based position will be responsible for the entire manufacturing site's operations and operational excellence, planning, warehouse and logistics, maintenance, preventative functions, and all factory project-related management on CAPEX and Budget. Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in an engineering or science related field.

• 15+ years manufacturing experience of which 5+ are at managerial level.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing principles, processes, and technologies, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience leading production and supply chain functions.

• Food industry experience highly desirable.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good command of English.

What Our Client Offers:

• Basic Salary: 300,000 – 400,000 THB/Month (depending on candidate experience)
