​Our client, a global food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking a talented individual to join their regional HR team in Bangkok, Thailand. This newly created role will be responsible for Talent Management, Organization Development, and Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity initiatives for multiple food processing factories and commercial offices throughout the Asia Pacific region.

As the regional expert and advisor, this individual will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement strategy. They will also be part of the global talent team, contributing to our client's talent strategy and helping to bring standard processes and approaches to talent-related items in the Asia Pacific region.

 Qualifications:

• Degree qualified.

• 10+ years experience specifically in talent and organization development.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and proven track record of success in working with cross-functional teams.

• Regional APAC experience in a MNC highly desirable. Ability to work with multiple stakeholder.

• Advanced level of English communication.

• Open to all nationalities, based in Bangkok, Thailand
