Join our dynamic team as an Assistant to the General Manager. We are a reputable company
looking for a proactive individual to provide support to our Japanese General Manager in overseeing
various departments including Accounting, BOI, IT, Safety, and HR. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager including scheduling meetings,
managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in overseeing departmental activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare detailed reports on departmental activities, financial performance, safety compliance,
and other relevant metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and department heads, facilitating
communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to departmental operations.
• Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives led by the General Manager. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in Accounting roles.
• Strong proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
• Excellent command of English.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
