Job Title: Japanese Speaking Sales Manager - Automotive (Thailand Market)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Thailand automotive market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and shape the future of our business in Thailand.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Thailand automotive industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels, to drive growth and increased market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, market expansion, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and optimization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Japanese and business in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
