HR Business Partner -- BTS Accessible -- 180K Max Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate objectives.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with HR functions.
Provide HR guidance on complex employee relations issues, legal requirements, restructures, and planning.
Offer performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through close collaboration with management and employees.
Identify training needs, evaluate, and monitor training programs for effectiveness.
Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience in resolving complex people issues, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in HR laws and practices.
Effective time management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
