Position: Lead Database Administration (Manager)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage the organization's database.
• Enhance service standards to align with SLAs and KPIs.
• Enhance and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for DSAP and DCS systems to attain operational excellence.
• Ensure that all reported DBA staff adhere to the same directives to enhance the improvement of the database system.
• Ensure optimal performance of the Dolphin Carrier database and SAP system, continually enhancing efficiency.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or any related fields.
• 3 years of experience within the Database Administration Manager or related fields
• 2 years experience of Database Management / Web Programmer Experience
• Good English communication skill will be your big plus!
