​Our client is a leading supplier of savoury ingredients to food manufacturers globally.

Reporting to the HQ in Europe, the Application Manager will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution for Asia Pacific sales managers, distributors, partners, and clients to facilitate the successful incorporation of our clients’ ingredients in their formulations. This is an individual contributor role working closely with innovation centers in Europe to support the team with product suggestions, recipe creation, procedure development and troubleshooting along with extensive travels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemical or related fields.

• Experience in R&D food ingredients or food manufacturing with in-depth understanding of various food ingredients in meat, culinary, dairy, nutrition and pet food segments.

• Skills in leadership, project management, critical thinking, logical problem solving, interpersonal and communication.

• Able to travel regionally.

• Languages required – Thai (native), English (Advanced).
