Job vacancy Regional FSQS Director, Asia Pacific – Food Industry

Our client is a global food ingredients manufacturer.

This newly created role will provide strategic direction and leadership to our clients’ APAC Food Safety and Quality Systems function in Thailand, and businesses, including various contract manufacturer locations, and warehouses. The focus will be to create alignment with our clients’ global quality initiatives, in the areas of quality and manufacturing; ultimately delivering improved quality and food safety performance, consistency and customer satisfaction across local Asia quality groups.

Our client is looking for an experienced Food Safety and Quality System (FSQS) professional with extensive food industry experience and who can lead from the front, and work in a global organization structure.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in a Food Technology, Food Science related field.

• Minimum of 10 years related experience within the food safety and quality functions from the food industry, with managerial experience.

• Knowledge of food and quality systems including; Asia Pacific/ European Regulation, third party audits and GFSI, amongst others.

• An effective communicator, able to travel regionally.

• Open to all Nationalities who are open to be based in Thailand.
