Very happy and over the moon with the work Zenred Salon Bangkok did on my hair last week. No complaints at all - The girls are very professional and are genuinely nice and friendly, the only complaint i would have are the rudeness of some of the other customers i've encountered during my 2 visits there. If you are kind, polite and courteous to the girls i'm sure you will leave this salon with great results. These girls really do go the extra mile to give the customer satisfaction, its unfortunate that some people try to exploit this or think that they are Royalty and Thais are beneath them.

Awesome salon - Definitely one of the best salons I've ever been to. The girls are super friendly and they work really hard to make you look like a superstar. Seriously they really do know how to color hair - If you have blonde hair like me you will understand the pain of trusting a salon in Thailand. And the hair extensions that walk out of this salon are like none I have ever seen before - they are amazing!

Fantastic salon! I have lived in Bangkok for a few years now and I know not to believe everything you read online. Zenred really has a lovely staff and they do a fabulous job at taking care of you. My hair has been ruined so many times in Bangkok by so-called stylists that cater to westerners. But they will say anything to make a sale especially online. These girls really work hard and blonde hair is not easy, but they have the experience and know how. I Highly recommend all ex-pats or anyone scared of trusting Thai salons to try zenred. I'm glad I did!

Do NOT go there! Got my hair totally ruined here yesterday. The hairdresser did not know what she was doing, at all! Maybe they can cut hair, I dont know, I coloured my hair and is so unhappy with it, would not take the risk to try a hair cut. Every time I look in the mirror I start to cry... Did not get any compensation, or even an apology.
