Job vacancy Maintenance Engineer

Our client is the manufacturing of automotive part. They are looking for potential candidate who can fulfil their requirement as following;

Position                       :           Maintenance Engineer
Location                      :           Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate, Pluak Daeng , Rayong .
Working Day               :           Monday – Friday

Benefit:

• Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 THB / month
• Bonus 2 months

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining plastic injection molding machines. Specify expertise in mold or injection machines.
• Machine Size Knowledge: Familiarity with the size of machines in Tons.
• Preventive Maintenance: Proficient in implementing machine preventive maintenance programs.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of wiring diagrams, PLC, and automation systems.
• Facilities Maintenance: Solid knowledge in maintaining factory facilities such as Cooling towers, Water pumps, Air compressors, Air conditioners, High voltage electricity, and the factory's electric system.
• Quality Systems: Understanding of quality systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English communication.

Job description:

• Develop and update maintenance work instructions.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability.
• Ensure the availability of documentation for factory facilities.
• Establish and maintain standards for inventory and control of spare parts.
• Guarantee the availability of spare parts for key machines and equipment.
• Participate in sourcing maintenance spare parts providers.
• Take the lead in action plans to improve maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as breakdown %, MTTR, MTBF, maximizing equipment availability for production.
• Actively minimize the downtime of machines and equipment.
• Address imperfections in factory facilities to enhance overall efficiency.
• Engage in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment with electrical or mechanical malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate and proper maintenance records.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Diagnose breakdown problems and implement solutions.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs.
• Train and coach production teams in the proper application of preventive maintenance tasks.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for teams on implemented standards.
• Focus on continuous improvement in weak areas while maintaining high standards.
• Undertake tasks assigned by superiors.
