Location: BKK – open to work remotely
 We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual as a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executive and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Complete expense reports and manage office supplies.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external parties.
  • Keep track of deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Address and resolve routine issues independently.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle challenges to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
  • Able to support as-hoc and personal requirements from executive.

Who we are looking for:
  • Candidate must proficiency in Thai and English. Italian language is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is preferred however, we are open for zero experiences candidate who have strong desirable to handle these responsibilities and has good service minded.
  • Tech savvy, fast learner with strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to work remotely, flexible hours and able to travel (inbound and outbound) from time to time.
