We identify reform and structure companies (both Publicly-traded and private) to align to the investment criteria of investors so that the transactions are sustainable and investments are materialized. We research and formulate each individual needs, requirements and placements in order that we all parties to the transactions could achieve micro and macro-economic gains.
We use best practices industry benchmarking and aggressive budgeting as a base from which to challenge the highest targets for operating performance and value creation. We initiate, nurture and commercially-bond the relationship between the companies and our investors.

Classes of funds that Prestige acts as Referral:
1. Financial Investors or Private Equity

This class of investors mainly concentrates on growth company or viable projects. The participating equity stake will cap at minimum percentage.

2. Strategic Investors or Funds

This group of investors or funds consists of funds and industrial players. The expected equity stake dilution will be majority and the investors will fully participate to assist and restructure the company for future growth and expansion. The most ideal candidates are the listed companies and/or distressed matured private enterprises.
